Join us on Tuesday, November 19th with Ivan Urlaub, Executive Director of the NCSEA, for an update on NC Energy Policy, Regulation and Potential Reforms

Join us for a presentation and discussion with Ivan Urlaub that promises to be interesting and engaging.  North Carolina Sustainable Energy Association (NCSEA) has been a strong advocate for sustainability and renewable energy for years. NCSEA recognizes how vital clean energy resources are for North Carolina’s energy mix. The presentation will update us on current state energy policy including outcomes from the legislation session and explore significant potential policy, regulatory, and utility business model reforms.

Speaker Bio:

Ivan Urlaub is the executive director of the North Carolina Sustainable Energy Association (NCSEA). As one of the top clean energy leaders in the Southeast, Ivan provides the strategic vision for transforming our energy system and economy through both public policy and market solutions.

Directions:

Piedmont Service Group is located off Nowell Rd, close to Carter-Finley and the PNC Arena.

  • From I-40 East, take exit 290 for Chapel Hill Road and turn left onto Chapel Hill Rd (toward Raleigh). From I-40 West, take exit 290 for Chapel Hill Road and turn right onto Chapel Hill Rd (towards Raleigh).
  • Turn left onto Nowell Rd.
  • Piedmont Service Group will be on the left hand side of the road.
  • Follow signs and NCAEE volunteers to the training room.
