Duke Energy Utility Rebates Update (January 24, 2017)

Join us on January 24th with Gary Andrews & Gray Lundy from Duke Energy for an update on their rebate program and introduction of our 2017 NCAEE Officers

We look forward to seeing you for our first meeting of 2017 at 5:30 for an update on Duke Energy’s rebate program and an introduction of our 2017 officers. Gary Andrews, a long time NCAEE member, along with Gray Lundy (bios below) will be providing an update for their rebate program entering 2017. There are several updates that will be provided to those attending, some of which are still being finalized for their website.

We will also be introducing your 2017 board members voted on last month. Congrats and a huge thank you to our board!

Speaker Bio:

Gary Andrews is an Energy Efficiency Engineer with Duke Energy’s Smart $aver Custom Incentive program promoting energy efficiency in the non-residential market sector.  He mainly works with larger commercial and industrial customers in the eastern half of the Duke Energy North and South Carolina territories to implement energy efficient measures.  Gary has a BS in mechanical engineering  from N.C. State University.  He is a Certified Energy Manager and Lighting Certified (LC) professional.

Gray Lundy is a Trade Ally Outreach Representative with Duke Energy’s Smart Saver Incentive programs promoting energy efficiency in the non-residential market sector. He assists vendors and customers in Durham, Orange and Wake counties with the Smart$aver incentive program and process. Gray has BS degree from Western Carolina. He is a Lighting Certified (LC) professional.

Piedmont Service Group is located off Nowell Rd, close to Carter-Finley and the PNC Arena.

  • From I-40 East, take exit 290 for Chapel Hill Road and turn left onto Chapel Hill Rd (toward Raleigh). From I-40 West, take exit 290 for Chapel Hill Road and turn right onto Chapel Hill Rd (towards Raleigh).
  • Turn left onto Nowell Rd.
  • Piedmont Service Group will be on the left hand side of the road.
  • Follow signs and NCAEE volunteers to the training room.
