Join us Monday September 24th at the Jordan Lake Hydro Power Facility
Join us Monday September 24th at the Jordan Lake Dam to learn more about the hydro power capability provided by this dam. Learn about the history of the lake and the reasons for its creation. We are hoping to be able to tour the dam generation room but key people may not be available to support this. If that happens it’ll still be a great time to see the high water from Hurricane Florence.

Blake Johnson is a US Army Corp of Engineers Park Ranger at Jordan Lake. He attended NC State University.
Directions:
Follow US 1 South to Exit 79. Turn right and in 1/4 mile take another right onto Jordan Dam Road.
