Join us on October 24th for pizza and a presentation by Francis Conlin on high performance building enclosures. This is a great opportunity to understand building envelope failures and the construction flaws that contribute to them and to keep them from happening to you. Topics to be covered include basic components in the building enclosure, common envelope faults and ramification of those faults, current IECC requirements related to commercial building enclosures, design, construction sequencing, installation practices, and building envelope commissioning.

Francis Conlin, PE, CMR, IEP is a mechanical engineering and construction consultant and is also qualified as an Indoor Environmental Professional with particular expertise in high performance buildings and the building sciences. Mr. Conlin has provided engineering support, project management, design review, research, training, marketing and direct services for national building and construction industries including commercial, industrial and medical facilities, site-built, pre-fab and multifamily residential buildings.
